At OCMS I helped develop new cell lines for on-cell mAb selection, as well as established laboratory, inventory management, and ordering processes. I worked closely with support staff at the PA Biotech Center.At Silicon Biosystems, I was responsible for cell culture, supplying fresh tumor cells to our R&D, Operations, and Clinical groups. I grew hybridomas and purify antibodies to produce reagents for our CTC assays. I produced fixed cells under various conditions to be used as controls during sample preparation and analysis.At Immunicon, I developed CellPrep and AutoPrep, semi- and fully-automated blood sample preparation instruments. I was responsible for maintaining the company's intellectual property estate.
