Chris is an experienced real estate investor, property manager, and real estate broker active in the South Florida market. His primary focus is multifamily properties. Chris currently operates residential rental units including single family homes, condos, and apartment buildings. He has been investing in real estate since 2009, founded Mayfair Real Estate LLC in 2012, and has completed dozens of large scale renovation projects. His core competencies include financial analysis and market analysis of investments, asset and project management, and negotiation of acquisitions.A rare combination of hands-on real estate experience, a creative background, and strong analytical skills gives Chris a competitive advantage in the investment business. He excels in the design and oversight of apartment building repositionings. A skilled project manager, Chris frequently manages multiple projects at once. He has assembled a top notch team of contractors, sub-contractors, and real estate professionals to assist in projects, and he is currently pursuing his CCIM certification.Prior to launching his real estate business, Chris owned and operated a printing and graphic design company. Chris also holds a BS in Microbiology & Cell Science from the University of Florida and graduated with honors.In his spare time Chris enjoys spending time with his wife, trying new restaurants, traveling, and creating abstract artwork.
