After my experience within the Venezuelan Diaspora, I became an advocate for minority equality, with a primary focus on promoting quality education in low-income communities. I am a Business Communicator with a Master's in Planning and Administration, focused on experiential education and a Diploma in Leadership in Social Inclusion and Access to Rights offered by the Organization of American States (OAS) plus a Data Science Driven Decision Making Program, by Institut d'Intelligence Artificielle Appliquée (I2A2).My work is based on managing institutions that develop socio-emotional and scientific (tech, entrepreneurship and envionmental) skills for people mainly in vulnerable situations.As a Business Operations Manager, I lead multicultural teams remotely.
