    I am responsible for hydraulics tubing / landing gears, power steering, brakes, fuel systems ECS and wire Harnesses installation and All final Stress reports for FAA submittal. I maintained interface between Scaled/BAE composite counterparts to make sure that their technical requirements are fulfilled. The tubes statics test and sizing was done using Nastran/Patran and FEMAP for wings and landing gears dynamics velocities/temperature affect and actuator stress were calculated using Ls-Dyna with hyper mash software. All the sizing reports results were very strictly matched by hand calc. keeping mind this aircraft is designed to 5 million lbs. of payload one of kind. All critical pats and actuators for the, wings, landing gear and Brake system were also confirmed based on Lockheed methodology by hand calc. I was also responsible for the stress analysis of Flight Control System and their parts include complex shape of brackets, and other supporting structure for the flight control systems.

    At MFC, I have predicted helicopters fatigue spectrum my methodology was adopted in flight test program, I have worked on combustion, grain testing in analysis of solid booster rocket motor and igniter propellant and grains testing. In conjunction with ballistic testing requirements using FEMAP/LS_dyna, I have modified rocket motor created GFEM used in the preliminary designs through a series of trades for the optimum system solution using hyper mash/LS_Dyna to predict accurately supersonic loads. I develops methodologies and models for the performance prediction of sub and full scale solid rocket motor test firings and conducts subsequent post firing correlation analysis. Evaluates post fire analysis data for rocket motor combustion characteristics. Prepares nonlinear impact blast analysis with Engineering Drawings and Specification Documentation relating to solid rocket propellant grains and dispositions loaded motor and/or propellant related issues. We coordinates pertinent design requirements for solid motor grains with manufacturing personnel and assists in the definition of associated tooling and manufacturing processes. I evaluates material obsolescence issues related to propellant and motor performance, ballistic impact consequences of real world stress simulation.
