Utilizing my wholesome experience in Logistics, Supply Chain and 3PL Services, I have joined MSL as a Regional Transport Manager. My work activities would involve in utilizing our current fleet of trucks (Dry and Refrigerated) to move finished goods to various of our customers around the Kingdom. Our warehouses which store finished goods from Naghi Group requires distribution of material to a network of our warehouses and customers locations around the Kingdom. Altogether a work which requires strategic use of human and material resouces, dedication and smart placement of talent.

Leading a team of operations agents to ensure smooth operational flow of the shipment within the UPS network.Contacting district and origin office for shipment updates.Devising the best way to move the shipment to ensure cost effectiveness for our valued client.Creating a "Customer First" mindset in my team which reflected in the sales team.I am a totally customer oriented person and encouraged the same in the team I effectively supervised.Morale of my team was the highest in UPS KSA.Receiving pickup requests from Sales Team for shipment pickup.Coordinating shipment import from various UPS Branches around the world.Advising Sales Teams and Customers on the best solutions to their requirements.Monitoring and coordinatin shipment customs clearance at Jeddah Sea/Airport and also at King Fahd Causeway for interational road freight shipments. Updating daily reports containing - cost sheets, shipment values, gross weight/chargeable weight. Updating district office on projects shipments, in coordination with all the branches of UPS I had supervised multiple projects which I shall mention further in my linkedin profile.
