As a Group Chief Accountant at Myanmar YAO Mandalay, I lead the financial reporting and controlling functions for one of the group of companies in the country. I work with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial statements, compliance with accounting standards and regulations, and effective internal controls.I am also the Head of Finance at Lat Mhu Club, a social enterprise that aims to empower young people through education, entrepreneurship, and community development. I drive the organization's financial planning, forecasting, and fundraising strategies, and manage a large and diverse portfolio of donors and partners.I am passionate about learning and developing my skills in accounting and finance. I am currently an ACCA Part 3 student, and I have completed multiple certifications and diplomas in related fields.
