▪︎ Development of the Project to Improve the Average Empty Speed of the CAT 793D at the N4WS Mine, with the objective of increasing the average empty speed of Fleet 40.▪︎ Development of the Mobile Sprinkling Route Project for the Mega-Tank of Axis N4, with the objective of defining the routes for 5 Mega-Tanks and ensuring efficiency in the sprinkling of mines N4E, N4WN and N4WS.▪︎ Development of the Project for Standardization and Reduction of Losses in Changing Shifts at Mine N4E, this project was carried out in partnership, with the objective of preventing the truck from returning to the relay bays before the time determined by the monitoring room.▪︎ Assist in ensuring compliance with the program defined by sequencing and adherence to the main performance metrics of the mine.▪︎ Support in the inspection of guidelines and procedures of safety, quality and environment standards.▪︎ Support in the operation and maintenance of the mine, aiming to contribute to the realization of Vale's production plan.▪︎ Assist in supporting compliance with the maintenance plan and acting on adjustment actions with a focus on continuous improvement.▪︎ Elaboration of speed reports, and reports of critical access points in the mine.▪︎ Monitoring and control of production KPIs (UF, DF, Average Speed, Average Load, Fixed Times and Average Transport Distance).▪︎ Interface with the plant and other areas of the process, in order to enable continuous improvements according to the needs of the mine.▪︎ Opening of RECs and identification of scrap points in the mine. The objective is to avoid the stoppage of the BSMs and the plant processes.
