I have over a decade of experience in both the humanitarian and corporate sectors. I specialize in effective team leadership, operational efficiency, and project management. I spent 10 years at the Philippine Red Cross, where I started as the Executive Assistant to the Chairman and CEO, later becoming the Operations Center Manager and Project Manager.I have also had the experience and opportunity to take on different projects and lead diverse teams to achieve our project objectives. One of my proudest moments, and to date my greatest achievement, is building and managing the 24/7 Operations Center (Command Center) for the Philippine Red Cross. I believe that I left something that can be used long-term to improve the life-saving activities of the organization. I am continuously improving my skills and knowledge in team and project management in my current role as Chief of Staff for two international companies.My expertise lies in optimizing workflows, implementing systems to help the team work more effectively, and ensuring operations run flawlessly.
