Maylee Oddo is CEO for Hycomb LLC, an Oregon based full service marketing company serving businesses throughout the US. Maylee is a Partner with Living Life Solutions and Vice President & Operations Manger for Perry Consulting, Inc.Maylee is also the 2024 Festival Director for the award-winning Ashland Independent Film Festival. Maylee got her start in engineering with a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Northwestern University and worked with W.H. Brady & Co. in Milwaukee, WI; Color Arts in Racine, WI; and Electrical Specialties, Inc. in Peoria, IL where she acted as the in-house consultant in manufacturing operation with additional responsibilities in areas of OSHA compliance, standards and protocols, continuous quality improvement, workman's compensation, line production, maintenance and ergonomics. Maylee has worked as an arts administrator for the Tony Award-winning Oregon Shakespeare Festival, the largest rotating repertory theatre in the US and a national leader in theatre and the performing arts, operating on a budget exceeding $35 million with more than 780 performances annually and attendance of over 410,000. A fundraiser and researcher at OSF, her work included major gifts, planned giving, educational campaigns, accounting and budgeting, customized reporting, database support and web design. She was an active leader in the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion work at OSF which was recognized nationally as groundbreaking. Maylee was the Manager for three Oregon political school levy and bond election campaigns, the last of which passed at 71.3%, the highest percentage of votes of all school funds measures in the state that year. Total combined funds raised for the Ashland School District through passage of these measures was $70 million. Maylee also helped to bring an additional $140 million to the school district in an advisory capacity and contributor on additional measures. She currently serves as the President of the Board of Directors for Jackson County Sexual Assault Response Team and is a member of the Northwestern University Alumni & Admissions Council. She is the former Board President (3 yrs) of the award winning Ashland Independent Film Festival, former Board Chair and Fund Drive Chair of the Ashland Schools Foundation, past Chair for the ASD Budget Committee, past Chair for the ASD Long Range Planning Committee, and former Board President (5 yrs) & Co-Founder of Lincoln Elementary PTO.
