Developed human-centric processes and implemented tools to increase operational efficiency to support 4 programs running multiple times yearly. Hired & managed a team of 5. Tested, developed, & implemented tools such as Notion, Calendly, & Trello to facilitate the interviewing, onboarding, & running of programs. Communicated with all parties including startup coaches, industry partners (such as lawyers, university leadership & investors), & program developers to ensure operations reflected the human realities of the programs.Took the initiative to create a Wiki for the organization using Notion. Developed the wiki in collaboration with the different departments and disseminated the information to the startups. The wiki was adopted across the company and is still in use today. The Wiki streamlined the onboarding of office team members as well as startups.
