Urban Planner with 18 years experience who has focused much of her career at the interface between local government and the private sector.Maylene has experience in local government procurement of 25 year public private partnership infrastructure projects in the UK. She also has extensive experience working with the private sector and central government departments in New Zealand negotiating and influencing world class community infrastructure including regional parks and new community parks and open spaces.She has experience in providing expert evidence at Board of Inquiry processes and district plan hearings.Qualifications held include a Master of Planning Practice, a Bachelor of Business, a Bachelor of Science and also qualifications in Project Management. Maylene is an experienced planner with a working knowledge of the Resource Management Act.
