HR Role:- Handled the HR Function of HURIS and is responsible for the following initiatives: Job Evaluation, Policy Formulation, Compensation & Benefits, Events Management and Employee Discipline. Special Projects Lead: CONSULTANCIES: • November 2011 – Present: Took a more advanced role as the Project Manager. Responsible for making sure that the consultants submit reports at par with the Client’s standards, guidelines and timelines. Serves as the link between the Clients and the Consultants. Delegates administrative work to HR Specialist to focus on more analysis. • February 2011 – May 2011 : Undertook the role of Project Coordinator and Administrative Support of Consultants for an Organizational Assessment Project. Was able to be exposed in the whole organizational assessment process as well as the formulation of the interventions. LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT: • December 2011 – Present: Responsible for overseeing and monitoring successful leadership development runs for the client. Responsible for giving overall directions and strategies to the Marketing Specialist. MARKETING / EVENTS MANAGEMENT:• Represented the Company in various events such as: People Management Association of the Philippines (PMAP) Annual Conferences, Philippine Society for Training and Development (PSTD), and other conventions. Was responsible for conceptualizing corporate giveaways to be distributed during these conventions and for clients.• Was the lead in successfully implementing a Breakfast Forum for top executives of different companies to launch a recruitment system: Advorto. Currently overseeing 2 headcounts.

Handled a large Multinational Comapny as Client. Compensation & Benefits Analyst/ Service Delivery Specialist: - Major responsibility was to make sure that Company Policies are updated and documented. Was in coordination with a third party benefits admin person to make sure that all changes are implemented correctly.- Was part of the Committee who implemented Unilever’s Christmas Party. Took the lead, together with a team, in implementing the Client’s Summer Outing and Annual Physical Examination. - Solved statutory contribution issues and legacy issues.- Attended meetings with and sometime in behalf of the Service Delivery Manager- Implemented the Shift in manual data processing of employees to People Link online. A global initiative of Unilever and Accenture. HR Operations Specialist:- Major responsibility was to provide support to the HR Operations Manager in all endeavors related to his function. One major accomplishment was to be involved in the implementation of Unilever’s shift in medical policy: From Self-Administered to HMO. - Was also responsible for compensation computations such as: computation of annual increase report that should be submitted to finance. Template was provided by Finance, annual increase and redundancy packages of employees, yearly bonuses, and HR budget for the whole year. These computations are in accordance to company policies and HR Operations Manager directives. HR BP Support:Major Tasks done for this position as follows:- Benchmarked and research on Sales Incentive Schemes - Documentation of Training Outputs and other activities as needed- Provided administrative support such as: preparation of contracts, coordinating with third parties, coordination with head hunters, etc.- Provided second level support (more cerebral) such as: sample computations of increases, incentives, and benefit packages given to new hires. Was in charge of data clean up and input in PeopleSoft from the HR BP’s role.

Handled all facets of HR in the company for an average of 15 employees. Coached by seasoned HR Practitioners and previous PMAP Presidents. Primary focus was on recruitment, policy formulation, organizational development, corporate events and compensation and benefits. Because HURIS was a startup company, all systems and processes were crafted from scratch.

Handled the client Coca Cola Bottler Philippines, Inc. (CCBP). Reported directly to one Expat Consultant of CCBP. Was responsible for the conversion, design, reproduction, assembly, QA, and delivery of training manuals for CCBP. Was primarily the team lead of the project and was the one in coordination with the Expat of CCBP. Over 4,000 manuals in 4 months.
