MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES1- Project management and execution Assure the implementation of field activities related to the projects (livelihood, local sponsorship, WASH and resilience). Develop a work plan, schedule et budget management based on the output and results. Develop and maintain strategic relationships with partners locales authorities. Evaluate the progress of projects’ activities and inform the supervisor to take necessary measures to meet the challenges. Work constructively with support team to ensure sound administrative practices with respect to record keeping, regulatory compliance and communication. Facilitate the visit of managers or other stakeholders on project site if necessary. Travel to different localities to visit the project site to provide technical and administrative support as needed.2- Program development Identify real need of the population in P&A intervention zones and recommend development projects. Seek for local and international funding. Provide technical, editorial, and budgetary input for the design of new program calls for proposal. Share management methods, approaches, and tools with P&A partners. Contribute to the regional P&A response strategy by ensuring program coherence innovation and creativity.3- Net working and communication Write and submit project reports and meeting notes. Collect relevant informations on differents P&A program.  Participate in meeting, events, and networking activities on development projects and as needed maintain a positive and visible presence for P&A  Submit when needed project report that meets the requirements of the institution and the donors.

The organisation (MLKHR) was created in december 1995, its main purpose is to preserve ; Human dignity, Respect of all fundamentals Humans Rights, promote and defend all Humans Rights. As a comitee member (volunteer) my role is to participate in the execution of projects, since my intergretion in the foundation, we already executed several micro projects in order to help people who are in needs.

*Coordinate the implementation, the correct execution and the monitoring and evaluation of 19 micro development projectsin Artibonite, finaced by the European Union* Give support to the platforms/community organizations beneficiaries of the micro projects in the implementation and the application of the execution mechanism and monitoring.* Assure that narrative and financial reports are produced on time for every platform.*Identify the real need in terms of capacity reinforcement of each platform for a correct project execution .*Make sure that beneficiaries find the necessary technical supports for the implementation of their initiatives.*Assure that the monitoring and evaluation mechanisms set up by TPFA should be executed by every beneficiary.* Participate in the elaboration and the up dating of projects indicators, in the monitoring and evaluation system of the Cascades project (waterfall).*contribute in the data analysis and the production of technical reports of monitoring-evaluation of the Cascades projects.*Participate in the capitalisation of experiences as part of the projects.*Assure of the implementation of the weekly planning for the persons responsible for the monitoring and accompaniment. * Reinforce the field monitors about the technical capacity of support and accompaniment of the Cascades projects.*Communicate on a regular basis with all the institutions, community and all actors who are concerned by the Cascades projets activities and to assure their implications.* Give assistance to the administration and to the accountancy in the assignments execution and accompaniment.

-Development of strategies to promote hygien and fight against the cholera disease (evaluate the sanitary state of the area to intervene, assure to lead the activities of team members in order to identify lack of hygien and poor water use. Utilisation of tools fit for each type of community)- Train and mobilise community members (beneficiary) and local authorities parners of the projects ( Make a weekly planning of mobilisation activities for the communities and for local authorities- Set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that complies with the organisation's plan and vision.- Organise work flow to ensure that team members understand their duties or delegated tasks- Monitor team members productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching.- Preparation of equipments and all necessary tools for community mobilisation- Supervision of the team when on field *Ensure good distribution of the hygien kit in the communities - Make a weekly report of all activities.

* The major activities comprise all Bed side nursing care, specially in IN-patient, administration of medication to admited patient as ordered by the Physician, carrying out procedures ike insertion of catheters, monitoring patients evolution, facilitate discharge when needed, maintain reports of patient's medical histories. * Monitor patient condition post/pre operatively * Receiving/conducting delivery of pregnant mothers in maternity ward and all the care needed is given to mother and child. * Conducting consultation in Out-patient department (pre-natal examination, Vaccination) * Take charge of sick babies in peadiatry ward. * Right a daily report on every critical patient .
