Reporting directly to the Head of MBA & Executive Education and in charge of Executive Education Programmes sales and coordination for Milano Luiss Hub.- Coordinating Executive Education Programmes sales development strategy through promotional visits, conferences, open days, workshops, webinars, and sales calls.- Business Intelligence: recording, monitoring market share and collecting relevant data or feedback that may support sales, and marketing/product development.- Liaising with other departments: contributing to meetings with Business Development, Marketing and Recruitment departments to ensure development of appropriate publishing, marketing, and communication for customers.- Providing top-notch consultancy: matching product features and benefits to needs expressed by prospects and customers.- Full handling of Executive Education Programmes planning, coordination and delivery (professors and students relationship management, planning of didactic activities with professors, trait d’union with internal and external stakeholders.

Reported directly to the Events Manager Europe and in charge of local (50%) and European (50%) events project management.- Responsible for project management of corporate events organized in Europe (B2B & B2C) for Amway Distributors, Media, Influencers, Corporate Management (incentives, conferences, meetings, product launches, press-trips, roadshows, etc from 10 to more than 5000 pax). - Fully handled the event organization: defined objectives and KPIs together with stakeholders, realized tailor made proposal, pitched projects to stakeholders, connected and negotiated with suppliers, produced SOW and contracts, handled the events’ budgets, handled participants attendance, supervised and coordinated events onsite, took care of the administrative tasks (POs, billing, payments deadlines etc.), supported the stakeholders with the post-event ROI analysis. - Coordinated every department involved (marketing, finance, business conduct, procurement, sales, accounting) and made sure they would respect deadlines and milestones.- Handled the internal and external communication in English, Italian and French (produced and translated internal and external content, handled participants registration, realized communication plans for internal/external events)KEY RESULTS:• Implemented the Events Project Manager position within the Italian affiliate bringing experience and professional knowledge.• Set up processes to improve planning ahead of time, prompt and smooth communication among departments within the affiliate and with external stakeholder.• Implemented a local preferred vendors network for the affiliate (attended renamed sector fairs IBTM, IMEX etc).

Reported directly to the General Manager, in charge of project management of corporate events organized in Italy for international clients (incentives, conferences, meetings and events from 10 to more than 400 pax).- Fully handled the events’ organization: designed tailor-made projects according to clients’ briefs, connected and negotiated with suppliers, produced contracts, handled the events’ budgets and services mark-ups, managed services reservations and relationships with the suppliers, coordinated the event onsite and took care of the post-event financial closing procedures.- Directly managed clients’ network (sales calls, fam trips etc).KEY RESULTS:• Built a solid network of trusted suppliers and loyal clients• Significantly increased the French market shares within the company’s clients’ portfolio

Reported directly to the Senior Project Manager, in charge of supporting the Seniors in producing tailor-made proposals for mainly French and Italian clients. Planning and implementation of incentive trips: provided advisory service for MICE requests, negotiated with suppliers, handled customers relationships, supervised confirmed events onsite. Updated and enriched suppliers database.KEY RESULTS:• Quickly learnt the territory’s assets and managed to efficiently promote them to the clients’ network.• Autonomously handled small a medium sized operations by the end of my internship.

Reported directly to the Tourist Office Director, in charge of front-office and tourist information and guided tours. Welcomed and provided information to tourists, promoted the touristic and gastronomic assets of the territory, translated of touristic content and tools, managed ticketing and local shops activities.KEY RESULTS:• Realized guided tours of the city and vineyards in French, English and Italian by the end of my internship.
