Managing the warehouse in line with the company’s standards. Receive, inspect, and store all standard storeroom stock and special-order parts. Possess basic computer skills with the ability to use typical office programs. Act as the warehouse manager in his absence. Conduct complete inventories as well as weekly cycle counts. Complying with the company’s policies and vision. Responsible for overseeing all activities within a team. Overseeing basic operations, such as receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance of products. Using the warehouse space to achieve peak efficiency. Safeguards warehouse operations by complying with extensive security procedures and protocols. Adhere to all warehousing, handling, and shipping legislation laws and requirements. Initiate, coordinate, and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures. Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security. Take charge of stock control and warehouse organization. Regularly update the data storage system. Organize notes, assign roles, and oversee warehouse employees. Orient, coach and motivate employees. Produce reports and statistics regularly. Receive feedback and monitor the quality. Accurate and timely processing of state adoption orders. Accurately selecting product according to the customer’s order specifications. Load and unload products onto or from delivery vehicles, pallets. Perform picking/packing duties in an efficient manner that meets customer service standards. May or may not move product and materials using a pallet jack, electric pallet jack or other equipment. Determine the appropriate destination of product by scanning packages, reading labels and charts, verifying numbers and sorting packages accordingly. Keep appropriate records and reports to guarantee accuracy of inventory. Participate in physical inventories and cycle counts.
