Originally from Myanmar and having grown up in Singapore, I knew I've always wanted to go into finance and attend university in Australia. Currently based in Hobart, I work for Hazell Bros after earning a Bachelor of Business with a major in Accounting and a minor in Finance from UTAS. I began my journey as an intern and, three years later, I am now an Assistant Accountant on an exciting career path. During my time at Hazell Bros, I have gained valuable experience in banking, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, construction accounting, corporate finance, and asset management. I am proficient in accounting software such as Microsoft Dynamics GP, MYOB and Excel, and I possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Currently, I am studying to become a Chartered Accountant, with the goal of specializing in forensic accounting.
