Responsible for Enhancing and Maintaining the FIPS 140-2 validated Citrix CryptoKit that is responsible for securing data in motion and at rest within the Citrix Product Suite and Citrix Cloud Services.

Innovating Citrix Products within the Citrix Cloud Engineering group.

Responsibilities:*Designed and Implemented the Android mVPN SDK that is currently being released and internally consumed by the Citrix Mobile applications such as Citrix Mail, Citrix Forms, and Sharefile.* Maintained and Enhanced the Android MDX Kit that wraps 3rd party mobile applications using proprietary 'Hooking' mechanisms. The hooking would enabled policy based security mechanisms within these 3rd party mobile apps for enterprise security and compliance purposes. MDX offered features such as policy based disabling of the camera, disabling screen shot capabilities, encrypting all data prior to being written to storage, and providing all network calls with an app level VPN. I was the subject matter expert for the VPN layer which offered both full tunnel and secure browse (URL rewriting) capabilities. *Implemented the XenMobile Server 'On-Premise To Cloud Migration Service' that the customer base is using to migrate their XenMobile server deployments to Azure cloud. Technologies involved where Azure, Java, SQL, Crypto NDK, Spring, Hibernate, Hazelcast, Tomcat Server. * Implemented Bug Fix Process for workflow standardization across the Geos* Designed a new hire curriculum for faster on-boarding* Spearhead a bi-weekly meeting between support and engineering to enhance collaboration across the teams, and ensure that customer and support empathy are driving our focus.* Mentoring new hires* Ensuring proper case handling and quality within the team in my GEO performing cross team collaboration with the other product teams as necessary to ensure proper cross product integrations focusing specifically on XMS and Netscaler integrations.*Implementing Bug Fixes, Optimizations, and Feature Enhancements for the XenMobile Server Product Line.* Subject matter expert for Netscaler product line within the XenMobile engineering group.

Responsible for:Code Level Debugging of customer facing issues for the Netscaler and XenMobile Product lines.Architected and engineered SCAN, a Systematic Crash Analysis System that automatically analyzes Windows, Netscaler, and iOS crash files, and returns to the user whether the crash has been seen before. Tool has saved 30% of the time we used to spend analyzing incoming customer crashes. I was awarded several innovation awards from this project.Increasing the quality of work produced by escalation team and junior members of Dev Analysis team through group trainings and 1 on 1 case interactions.Produced many plugins in Python for Citrix Insight Services Product line. Received recognition for most productive contributor to project.Architected and engineered a plugin generator for CIS platform to allow all members of support to contribute healthcheck plugins without required python/powershell dev knowledge. Built Project Management System using Redmine, with Git integration to provide the devA team with a place to track project progress, perform code versioning, and collaborate on tool projects together.
