From client services to operations to business development. Making technology and data work to solve problems.I was hired at Providus to create the managed review business at a staffing company. Combining excellent client service with an emphasis on technology integration, we built the business until we were big enough to be bought by DTI. There, we became the Knowledge Solutions business, and started buying up competitors. As we grew, I handed off the review business to the team that still runs it, and I helped integrate, build and/or sell off review centers and businesses as we acquired them. Eventually I took a role supporting the global sales team in selling managed review. Finally, I was able to combine a wide set of skills into the Solutions Architect role.
