Performed special assignment for the Center and Directorate. Center Point-of-Contact for Commercial On-Orbit Transportation System (COTS) Project for industry questions related to proposal preparation and after facilitating usage of KSC facilities and development of Reimbursable Space Act Agreements (RSAA's). Led Directorate Internal Organization Development Team to define the scope and responsibilities of the directorate as part of a Center-wide effort to centralize engineering capabilities. In January 2006, appointed as a Board Member for the Institutional Services Contract (ISC) Source Evaluation Board (SEB), representing program interests related to the selection of the successor base operation contractor for KSC. The ISC provides services to KSC, as well as the USAF and commercial customers and was initiated in October 2008. -
