I started as a Customer Service Rep, then Residential Handover Coordinator, Senior Residential Handover Coordinator, Acting Manager and finally, Project Manager. I was fortunate to be there when they established the Residential Handover Department, where I created Processes and Procedures, established data bases and centralized them, led various teams to effectively and efficiently achieve key point indicators in agreed turnaround times not only meeting but exceeding customer expectations.I represented Head of Department and Estates Director in various projects delivery. Planned, directed and coordinated activities of multiple residential projects in excess of 5,000 properties at $106M, implementing and achieving strategic organizational goals. Defined project scope, objectives, staffing, resources, deliverables, and developed project plans that identify key issues, approaches and performance metrics.

As Acting Manager I designed a business plan for the unit and strategized the Residential Property Handover Business in alignment with the company portfolio / strategy. Managed a team of 11 including different nationalities and different functions (Handover Coordinators, Public Relationship officers, document Controllers). Set up KPI's for the team in respect to their different functions. Designed and redesigning processes for the handover function coping with the changes of business climate. Coordinated with the development and finance teams preparation and the pace of property delivery / mortgage, etcÖ Designed business roll out schemes (business plans and strategies) to other projects including water frontal communities, towers, etc...

Inspected, received and delivered properties on the highest standards to the end users. Generated corrective and preventative actions through firmly maintained turnaround times.
