This role involves managing and optimizing organizational processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in program delivery.Other range of responsibilities includes:• Develop and implement robust programme plans in alignment with AlIDEV Africa's overarching strategy.• Ensure that programmes are designed to address key developmental challenges, promoting sustainable solutions.• Oversee the planning, execution, coordination and evaluation of programmes to ensure alignment with organizational goals.• Provide steadfast leadership to programme managers and teams, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.• Collaborate seamlessly with other directors and facilitate communication and coordination among different departments to ensure a cohesive approach to programme execution.

Climate x' Leadership Training Program by The Global Alliance of Universities on Climate (GAUC) including Australian National University, University of California Berkeley, University of Cambridge, Imperial College London, London School of Economics and Political Science, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, The University of Oxford, Columbia University and Yale University, The University of Tokyo and Tsinghua University, Stellenbosch University, Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, Indian Institute of Science etc.The alliance statement representing a commitment to climate leadership by eight universities at the World Economic Forum 2019 was established to empower young people with a mindset that highlights the synergy between climate actions and the other UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), this training will help the next generation envision a sustainable future, take innovative actions, and unlock their potential in leading the net-zero future.

The EXCELerator program is a rigorous 6-month capacity building and leadership development training for young people who have an idea of an environmental project tackling an issue facing an ecosystem, wildlife, community, culture, or their livelihood.Throughout the program, participants are equipped with the technical knowledge and skills needed to develop, implement and communicate their project ideas. Furthermore, they are offered the opportunity to connect with other participants of the cohort who may be developing their projects in a very different reality from theirs and with a very different focus. The program has a great focus on peer learning and peer support since we believe youth have very relevant knowledge, experiences and ideas to bring to the table, and being in a safe space where their contributions are valued empowers them to become active leaders in providing solutions and inspiring others to do so too.

Theirworld’s Global Youth Ambassador (GYA) programme is a two year programme, made up of over 2000 young campaigners and social entrepreneurs united in their passion for social justice and the right to education.Being a GYA means getting access to opportunities to take part in high-profile campaigns and initiatives that represent the next generation’s voice on matters relating to youth education.I have started using the GYA programme to develop my networking and communication skills, which will will help me approach the education challenges in my local environment. I have also had the opportunity to connect with and learn from brilliant youth activists from around the world and open for collaboration towards given qualiy education to the marginalized and underprivileged communities all over the world.

FXB Climate Advocates is a diverse group of young climate activists committed to protecting our planet. They are youths trained to implement climate solutions after a four-month online program that offers sessions to learn about climate change topics and develop skills to enact change by building a network of like-minded individuals, developing connections with organizations working to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals, and facilitating access to tools and platforms to implement their individual climate initiatives. The topics covered such as climate science, solutions, policy, lobbying, digital storytelling, health, sustainable consumption, and energy will equip youth climate activists with knowledge and tools to mobilize climate action on a local, national and international level.

More fiercely than ever, in recent time, the world has received warnings from scientific research and studies, of the impacts of Climate Change on our planet and if actions are not taken to address it, we might continue to experience extreme weather events and environmental changes the world is suffering now. More than 99.9% of peer-reviewed scientific papers agree that climate change is mainly caused by humans. Lack of basic knowledge on Climate Change and enlightenment that individual lifestyle, behavior and daily activities are responsible for the rapid changes in the Global Climate is one of the largest barrier to taking action and the communication gap between Scientists and People can lead to inappropriate Mitigation and Adaptation Efforts. Education is crucial to promoting climate actions as it empowers people to understand and address the impacts of climate crisis. To break down the scientific reports into a layman's understanding and address the problem of Climate Change Awareness in Africa, leaving no one behind, was Cleanly Environia Impacts Initiative (CLEIIN) initiated, building Climate-loving youths and Environmentally-Conscious citizens intentional about Climate Change in their daily lifestyle through the application of SDGs especially SDGs 4, 13 and 17 in solving global challenges and empowering youths towards a lasting earth.

Designed and coordinated the Productivity Investment Seminar- A program that has led to capacity development of around 100 youths so farCo-coordinated the Acknowledging Real Talent Project and trained over 100 creative on marketing their creativity digitally Co-initiated the sponsorship of over 50 youths to African Skills Development Centre Entrepreneurship Training and effectively monitored and ensured the training application in their vocational development Co-designed and co-coordinated the weekly program of the organization tagged YEESSI Impact Series which ran for 10 weeks and impacted over 100 youths

Planned and Executed the Acknowledging Real Talent 2.0. A YEESSI major program aimed at empowering youths in Nigeria and beyond. Within a year, I have carefully identified more creatives and increased the number of Acknowledged Talents from 3 to 10 while impacting over 500 others with seminars and trainings relative to their area of interest. Using budgeting and high planning skill, I have reduced the project cost by 50%, increased the visibility by participants number and delivered timely result within project timeframe I have continued to mentor the creatives to be productive with their talent, promoting them by giving them an enabling environment to showcase their creativity at exhibitions and avenue to perform their talents at both online and offline events.

As a YOUNGA ‘23 delegate, I received free access to 6 weeks bespoke leadership training program, expert-led career coaching, made new global connections and participated in YOUNGA’s global festival for impact. As a Working Group Member, Climate Action and Sustainability Working Group, Future of Education and Work Working Group, I:• Participated in Working Group meetings• Represented the perspectives and ideas of young people with your lived experiences• Contributed to discussions around key issues for your Working Group(s) and ways to take action• Assisted in conducting research and drafting policy recommendations for the 2023 Youth Delegate Communiqué

ZCA fellowship focus is to enhance the capacity and knowledge of young people, positioning them as climate action leaders.
