With a Master's in Public Management from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor's in Diplomacy and International Relations from Universidad Americana, my role as Office Coordinator at the Inter-American Development Bank leverages deep competencies in policy analysis and banking operations. At the heart of my work lies a commitment to meticulous research, crafting executive summaries that inform decisions for Central American development initiatives.In my role, I manage and facilitate strategic communication and collaboration between six regional directors, finance ministers, central bank presidents, ambassadors, and delegations across multiple countries, ensuring alignment on key Bank policies. I prepared quarterly reports on executed loan pipelines, conducted quality control on operational and knowledge documents, and supported the Central America Executive Director’s decision-making by conducting in-depth loan history research and portfolio analysis, delivering comprehensive briefings to finance ministers. I coordinate delegations during high-profile meetings such as the Annual Meeting of the Board of Governors, organizing complex policy packages and event logistics, and facilitating meetings with key financial agents. My responsibilities include managing organizational processes, including budget planning, human resources, and mentoring new directors, while building strategic relationships with stakeholders such as Ministries of Finance and Embassies in Washington, D.C. I oversee confidential communication channels, ensuring seamless information exchange, and plan the Chair’s annual budget to meet strategic objectives. Additionally, I coordinate high-impact events, successfully managing gatherings with up to 700 participants, contributing to the organization’s strategic goals, and fostering collaboration across sectors.
