Responsible for marketing, managing, and administration of nine-week parent education program; identify and secure the assigned number of schools per quarter; meet with principals and other school administrative personnel about the logistics of nine-week program to prepare for successful collaboration; supervise, recruit, and train facilitators, coordinators, recruiters and other personnel; monitor outreach to parents; set program goals and maintain parent training sessions’ enrollment, attendance, and parent graduates; maintain precise record keeping; supervise, monitor and control assigned budget; prepare program materials; oversee quality control of program development; host weekly meetings with facilitators and arrange graduation ceremonies; quarterly evaluate facilitators, coordinators and recruiters; facilitate parent training sessions as needed and serve as parent counselor; serve as a spokesperson and representative in functions.
