CurrentCoordinate timely health screening appointments and other medical appointments.Serve as liaison between refugees, resettlement agencies and health screening providers.Provide information and referral to ensure follow-up treatments and other medical recommendations made by medical screening provider or other medical providers are completed.Conduct weekly one-on-one or small group health orientation to include information on importance of obtaining medical screenings and immunizations, and in-depth review of medical benefits under Medicaid or Medicare.Conduct semi-annual health education specifically related to refugee health issues or health promotion.Implement, conduct and monitor non-clinical wellness activities for refugees.Collection of medical screening data to contribute to the ORR-6 Performance report.
