• Process weekly payroll across multiple client sites, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of adjustments, deductions/reimbursements, bonus payments, Off Cycle payroll, etc. • Resolve over 100 client issues per month concerning payroll and invoice discrepancies, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction • Comply with local, state, and federal wage and hours laws and regulations• Audit and review pay rates, bill rates, and invoicing for accuracy and consistency• Maintain payroll records and provide payroll-related reports as requested• Assist with new client onboarding, setting up and maintaining electronic timekeeping systems• Oversee A/R aging for multiple client locations in Midwest region, reviewing and correcting client invoices, researching and resolving payment issues• Systems: Coupa, CRM, SAP Fieldglass, NOVAtime, IQ Navigator, PLEX, SimpleVMS, Vector VMS, Manageright, Beeline, Workday, SuccessFactors, etc.

• Process payroll across multiple client sites• Full client service management process: engagement, retention, and growth of clients through service delivery and relationship-building• Manage and monitor branch compliance, ensuring 100% compliance with company policies and procedures• Create and maintain job postings through internal ATS and various recruiting and social media platforms• Conduct monthly colleague training and development sessions
