-Lead and manage implementations of McKesson Pharmacy Systems technologies for single and multi-site digital, retail, health systems, chain, and specialty pharmacies with TCV between 50k and 2000k. -Maintain the implementation project timeline on MS project and the project Risk Log as needed to accurately reflect project status.-Establish and monitor key performance indicators tailored to individual business needs.

-Serve as technical SME for all things related to company products.-Serve as an international point of contact for Latin American customers and staff.-Travel to hospitals and clinics to implement customer installations.-Ensure proper device configuration and troubleshoot as needed with local teams.-Provide training to new clients and staff as needed to ensure proper device use.-Drive positive relationships with existing/new customers, including international business.-Maintain proper documentation on Salesforce and update dashboards as necessary.-Provide product feedback, as needed, to internationally-headquartered engineering team. -Develop policies and procedures, as needed, in a start-up environment in accordance with ISO and FDA requirements.-Update equipment DHFs as needed.

-Follow proper implementation and assessment of the medical equipment management plan. -Assist administration with equipment requests- including purchases, installations and maintenance. -Act as a liaison between corporate Biomedical team and local healthcare administration.-Train new hires in following the equipment management plan.-In-service new hires and staff, as needed, on equipment use, maintenance and repairs.-Negotiate with original equipment manufacturers and third-party vendors to reduce maintenance and repair costs related to local healthcare technology.-Implement performance improvement goals to improve patient Environment of Care.-Lead facilities through successful Joint Commission and AABB accreditations.-Travel, as-needed, to other unassigned facilities requiring assistance in the management of their healthcare technology.

-Performed 100% of the preventive maintenance on medical equipment as outlined by the Medical Equipment Management Plan.-Provided remote and on-site technical support to hospital staff at an as-needed basis.-Received training in several life support equipment to reduce repair and maintenance costs, including microscopes, ventilators, Bi-PAPs, and anesthesia machines. -Coordinated services as-needed with external vendors and in-house staff.

-Followed Algebra I learning objectives to meet state-mandated standards for middle school children.-Achieved a 15% increase in standardized passing rates at my campus for the Algebra I STAAR exam within one year of instruction.-Mentored children with academic and personal issues as needed.

-Funded by the National Science Foundation- Research Experience for Undergraduates program. -Performed research focused on Bioinformatic analysis.
