For Bell Canada’s Customer Intelligence Analytics organization provided leadership and vision to team members. Championed and guided implementation of customer focused marketing for the Small and Medium business market. Identified and prioritized the modeling, segmentation and analytical activities to drive strategic marketing goals and customer management planning. Managed the implementation and maintenance of projects involving virtual teams. Provided subject matter expertise on marketing and statistical matters across Bell business units. Promoted team and results across marketing groups in Bell Canada.

For Bell Canada’s Segment Expansion Team developed market plans or analyses to recommend or support strategic objectives for markets of interest. Developed and finalized the 2002 Bell Nexxia Western Marketing Plan within two months of joining the team. Plan was much anticipated as Bell had just entered a new geographic market in Western Canada. Primed and contributed to the 2002 and 2003 Bell Nexxia Marketing Plans. Independent research and analysis used to support planning components. Oversaw the alignment of business functional groups on market sizing and growth figures. Created innovative take-to-market plan that encompassed primary research results, market analysis and implementation methodology.

For Bell Canada and the Stentor Resource Centre Inc. developed and implemented predictive models and segmentation for business markets. Created eighteen predictive business models designed to protect and grow Bell Canada’s and the Stentor Alliance’s significant business voice and data market place. Incorporated efficiencies into the Segmentation Reporting process. Researched, validated and integrated several new sources of business data into modeling database which ensured success of innovative sales potential, vulnerability and win-back models. Key designer and builder of SRCI’s first modeling database.

For Statistics Canada, investigated and developed the statistical methodology used to implement sample survey collection and data analysis. Independently investigated the aims of proposed survey objectives or data collection and processing activities through discussions with subject matter personnel on precise survey objectives, related constraints, considerations and concepts. Developed, programmed and verified specifications to meet customized data analyses and the estimation of survey statistics. Successfully built, within team environment, a regression model that associated levels of air born pollution with incidence of urgent/emergent respiratory hospital admissions in the province of Ontario. Success of model prompted federal government to grant research funds to Health Canada to continue research at a national level. Created the first technical document for the International Travel Survey. Prior to this document, there was no centralized information for the survey despite the fact the survey commenced in 1923.
