Objectives achieved: + 4 million US dollars in savings, + 1,250 tons of reduction in plastic consumption (PET, HDPE).*Design of the Sustainable Packaging strategy, implementation of the footprint indicator in packaging, member of a multidisciplinary team for the development of the global strategy "Race to zero" and "Circular Economy"._______________________________________________________________________________________________________________TECHNOLOGIES*Global leadership in the evaluation and recommendation of manufacturing technologies for new products.*Research of technology suppliers, quotations and technical-economic evaluation of new technologies (lay-out, consumption, performance, etc.). Analysis of processes, manufacturing costs and preparation of the project business case.*Coordination with operations and monitoring of project implementation (CAPEX, PO, Contracts, Manufacturing and transport, installation and commissioning of machines)*Objectives achieved: implementation of + 30 strategic projects for production lines and equipment (CAPEX > 40 million US dollars).*Leader in the implementation of a « Bottle to Bottle » PET recycling line and an « Aseptic » PET packaging line.

FACTORY COORDINATION*In charge of SAP administrative management of Production and Inventories. During this management I achieved compliance with goals for consumption of critical inputs, production costs for the period and compliance with goals for inventory differences and plant audits.*In charge of coordinating third-party personnel services for production lines and supply raw materials to comply with co-packing production programs.______________________________________________________________________________________________________________CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT*Leader of the “Manufacturing Excellence Program”*Implementarion of visual managment KPIS factory , operating procedures and meeting rutines.*Training (5S, autonomous maintenance) and execution of internal audits.Achievements: 100% compliance with the pillar and 80% adherence to implementation of the packaging pillar.

*In charge of SAP administrative management of Production.*Monitoring and control of the consumption of materials and industrial supplies in the area, reorganizing the supplies warehouse, implementing control cards, preparing consumption variation indicators, as well as promoting and managing the execution of improvement proposals related to the reduction of waste of materials.*Monitoring of production programs, management of plant personnel hours, coordination of training and participation of personnel in DMAIC projects and reports of substandard acts and conditions.*Implementation of 5's in the Blowing laboratory and new Packaging offices, in turn, 100% in implementation of Operating Parameters and Standard Operating Procedures of the critical packaging line machines.*Facilitator in the execution of improvement projects and innovations in the area, achieving 2nd Place in the ATE Plant F16 Improvement Project Award with the project “SMED in the Blowing module” and 1st Place in a Multilevel Meeting with innovation “Change of types of gaskets in filling valves”.

*In charge of placing orders for national and imported raw materials in SAP and monitoring their arrival, considering days of inventory through the MRP and MPS of the area.*Monitoring of action plans for slow movement and rejection of materials, reducing inventories due to slow movement by 50%.*I designed flowcharts and procedures for the planning area processes and made improvements in the automation of the MRP and MPS.
