Assist Project Management team in coordinating all administration and project tasks. Daily tasks include reviewing drawings, addendums, redlines and RFI documents. Track and log all project changes, generate cost impact change orders, coordinate drawing revisions and approvals. Coordinate fabrication and lead times, schedule installations, request pricing for subcontracted work from vendor network or shop for market for new vendors and setup in our system. Generate PO’s, manage project budgets, coordinate meetings, reports, assist or process monthly progress billings, project closures and net invoicing.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ensure all projects run smoothly and navigate through any issues ensuring to have little to no cost impact. Monitor project budgets. Track all project changes and generate change orders based on cost impact. Release project scope into fabrication and track throughout to ensure on time deliverables. Coordinate and schedule installations. Account and record installation of each individual sign until project completion. Address punch list work in a timely manner and correct existing issues. Finalize and close out every project once complete. Supply startup documents, safety documents, submittals, and closeout documents, as needed. Provide excellent customer service and communication with our clients to avoid any confusion or assumption as to what is going on with each project.

Provide bids/cost estimates for installation of FRP and/or wall protection panels in restaurant and retail construction as well as hospitals, universities and school construction.

Developed new and current business throughout the southwest region of the United States.

Provide administrative support to office and project manager as needed. Process payroll, assist with contract administration, process billing and update the bid log on a daily basis. Coordinate travel plans as necessary.
