I create training and rehabilitation programs for a wide range of clients, always after performing an initial assessment of their condition as well as taking their individual goals and wishes into consideration. Currently, I treat patients with muscle-skeleton or rheumatic injuries, chronic pain and pre or postpartum conditions. I also work with with people without any injuries (teenagers, adults and elderly) who wish to improve their posture, functionality and quality of life. I combine Pilates method with physiotherapy to achieve the best result for the patients.
