The role ensures all reporting staff members perform, at their best, providing excellent service to internal and external stakeholders.Leadership and Staff Management:• Identifying, implementing, and improving the key performance indicators of the team• Identifying roles and functions of each team member then planning, assigning, and directing them to handle work volume and scope effectively and efficiently• Conducting evaluations to track performance and quality• Determining each team member’s capabilities and areas for improvement• Performing coaching sessions to assist each team member’s progress• Facilitating the training and development of team members to meet business goals• Organising and coordinating activities to motivate and enhance team camaraderie and employee engagement• Due to the matrix management required for IP & Tx NOC Manila teams, working with Australian peers to achieve cohesion and to deliver on all other team & personal goals.• Recognising and rewarding service excellenceEscalations Management• Collating and presenting internal or external customer concerns to peering Managers or the Head of Network Operations (Fixed) as required• Reporting tools issues to the correct channels for immediate resolution• Updating the Management regarding operational status and concernsOperations Management• Ensuring that service level agreement targets are met daily• Ensuring business continuity for assigned areas• Ensuring proper shift coverage by monitoring schedules of team members• Manage all local requirements, regulations and directions for Manila NOC & Site Access teams• Documenting articles for reference of internal departments• Facilitate internal communication• Providing reports as required by the Management• Lead and/or manage as situations require Show less
