In charge of submitting invoices for repairs, making monthly deposits to landlords. Updating property's files. Constant communication with landlords and tenants.

• In charge of getting all of the paperwork needed to cross merchandise from the US to Mexico. Receive merchandise in the warehouse. Contact client to request documents pertaining merchandise received. Compare physical merchandise with documents sent by customer. If discrepancies are found communicate with Mexican and/or US client to get correct paperwork.• Data entry into computer system. Contact and coordinate transportation to move merchandise across the border.
