Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, North America
CurrentAs a key member of the North America Talent Acquisition team, I am responsible for supporting talent branding and attraction strategies across both corporate and manufacturing teams throughout the region.•TA Process: Act as change champion for a multitude of processes such as Streamlining Job Descriptions, External Job Posting Templates, Interview Guides, Screening Templates, Posting Guidelines/ Practices, etc. •TA Programs: Facilitate various attraction strategies including Virtual and On-site Hiring Event Toolkits, Pre-start Onboarding Strategies, Branding Strategy (Facebook, Indeed, Video, Radio, and Print Ads)•Own market intelligence for North America through a strong pulse on the hiring landscape across Canada and the US•Responsible for managing Vendor Partner Relationships and Legal Contracts•TA Technology: Become a subject matter expert in our tech stack to own training for our various platforms such as our ATS, CRM, and Job Boards for our team and stakeholders as needed•Member of our North America DEI Council as a Talent Acquisition Liaison.
