With over two decades of experience in the U.S. Air Force, I am a seasoned training leader who is passionate about inspiring, motivating, and developing people to achieve their full potential. As the Training Institute Operations Manager at Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services, I manage the division training, including facility and equipment maintenance, schedule, budgeting, and coordination. I also leverage my expertise in training program management, curriculum design, and leadership development to oversee technology management and innovation related to training operations. I have a proven track record of delivering comprehensive training programs that advance organizational vision, while engaging diverse employee groups in 24x7 environments. Some of my key achievements include managing technical training resource utilization for 19 Air Force programs, leading curriculum development for 56 courses impacting 3K+ students, and chairing multi-agency training workshops that aligned with long-term organizational mission and vision. I hold a master's degree in organizational leadership and multiple certifications, including Instructor Certification - Level II and Top Secret Clearance, SCI (SSBI). I am also a recipient of several honors, such as the United States Strategic Command Annual mid-level Leadership Award and multiple Commendation and Meritorious Medals. Outside of work, I enjoy volunteering for youth sports and recreational organizations, church organizations, and serving underrepresented individuals in my community.
