I was responsible for implementing both planning and training of local inventory ads migration to 5 separate global support teams allowing for an increase in bandwidth for Google stakeholders. I created and presented pitch decks to Google project management team on the automation of different inventory verification forms and risk management analysis on impact to merchants, all to launch a scalable self serve model. I scheduled an average of 15 inventory verifications a day between merchants and 3rd party vendors for Local Inventory Ads and Google Shopping Express by maintaining spreadsheets and tools for internal and external contacts. I streamlined communication between 3rd party vendors and Google stakeholders by contributing best practice ideas and implementing them into business contracts.Achievement:I launched four separate pilot projects leading to a ~million dollar revenue increase to Google, reducing merchant launch time from 3 months to 1, and simplifying case handle time
