Maintain data integrity in the Payroll System by reviewing and audit the changes report and payroll preview. Provide general guidance to employees regarding inquiries of benefits and HR matters. Complete and process enrollments, terminations, monthly payments and record keeping of all ex- employees and eligible dependents covered under the COBRA Law. Assist in employee Labor Relation. Long Term Disability and Short Term Disability employee orientations and administration. Supervision of the Personnel Records area regarding employee files, vacation and sick leave requests, new hires and terminations. Participation in special projects, when requested.Responsible of the auditing and mailing of the Retirement Plan, Life Insurance and Health Insurance 5500 Forms. Analysis and follow-up to all employees, thru certified letters regarding Short Term Disability, Workers Compensation, FMLA, Military Leave of Absence, Maternity Leave. Active participation in all meetings regarding matters with the Retirement Plan and preparing the minutes based analysis, design, planification and modification upon requests. Supervision of weekly and all specials payrolls. Prepare and discussed all performance evaluations of employees under my direct supervision
