Manage and resolve incompatibilities between design and execution, ensuring technical compliance. Involved in negotiating and concluding contracts with designers and defining finish standards and materials in conjunction with the Technical Committee. Managing quantities for budgeting and project execution, focusing on process optimisation and efficiency of results.

Planning, coordinating, guiding, directing, and controlling the activities of employees assigned to the Project Department. Conducting critical analysis of projects submitted by designers, ensuring compliance with the company's standards and checklists. Ensuring project compatibility according to established standards. Organizing meetings with designers to ensure project compatibility. Active participation in the conception and development of construction site layouts. Managing the overall schedule, ensuring timely project delivery on-site. Identifying and resolving incompatibilities between design and execution. Adapting the department to the requirements of NBR 15575 – Residential Buildings – Performance. Negotiating and closing contracts with designers for the preparation of necessary projects. Defining, together with the Technical Board, finishing standards and materials in accordance with NBR 15575. Updating, controlling, and training related to the Project Department's procedures.
