CurrentWork closely with the Managers, Directors, and Vice Presidents in the AMI and MEC Domains to gain a complete understanding of their departments and become the point of contact for any questions or situations they may have with their staff in Mexico.Manage the HR systems, ensuring smooth operation and accurate data management.Handle incidents, salary increases, and annual reviews for employees in Mexico.Coordinate and report incidents to finance for payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in payments.Administered and coordinated maternity and other leaves from the Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS), ensuring compliance with legal requirements and employee satisfaction.Oversee the end-to-end process of employee terminations, from notification to final settlement, adhering to established protocols, and safeguarding the company's interests.Handle HR dashboards and metrics specific to Mexico, providing analysis and recommendations to improve efficiency and decision-making.Participate in audit activities related to ISO certification, ensuring compliance with quality standards and established procedures.Supervise compliance with civil protection regulations, ensuring the safety and well-being of personnel and facilities.Manage and maintain compliance with the broker for Major Medical Expenses Insurance (SGMM), collaborating with external providers and ensuring adequate employee coverage.Regularly update information in internal systems to reflect changes in the organizational structure, HR policies, and other relevant aspects.Manage labor relations and personnel needs in Mexico, serving as the primary point of contact and providing support and guidance as needed.Facilitate discussions with employees and managers regarding performance evaluations and action plans tailored to each case.
