Our mission at Next Level, a Sandler Training company, is to change the way people think about sales. My role involves working with salespeople, sales leaders and anyone else involved in the sales process (technical people, professional services, customer success, etc…) to achieve more consistent sales success. People come to us when:1. They’re concerned with their sales pipeline:- Very few ideal prospects- Opportunities are getting stuck and dragging out the time to close- Not enough new “stuff” at the top of the funnel and no real direction on where to focus efforts 2. They’re frustrated by the lack of a consistent sales process:- No common approach or methodology- Joint selling is a nightmare because people aren’t on the same page- The “hidden sales force” hasn’t been empowered in the right way to help fuel sales efforts3. They’re worried about their people:- Lots of hysterical activity leading to unproductive results- Sales Leadership has never received legitimate “sales management” training- Lack of a common sales culture leads to a ton of frustration, resentment, inefficiency and ultimately, a loss of people and $$.Prior to Next Level, I had the pleasure of working closely with people to further their career progression and accelerate their professional development. I worked with software engineers to identify new job opportunities & coach them through the interview process, with companies to grow their teams & hire great talent, and with recent data science graduates to help launch their careers.
