• Oriented and responsible for answering a high volume of incoming telephone calls from customers who are asking for an update for the service (towing).• Working in an extremely fast-paced, high--‐volume customer service environment that will be approximately 100% phone-based.• Outbound call (if needed)• Verify and updates customer’s questions and queries • Inbound calls from a customer who’s asking for towing service.
