THE RECIPIENT DOES NOT NEED A BANK ACCOUNT, BANK CARD, MOBILE WALLET, OR THE IDENTIFICATION NECESSARY TO ACQUIRE THESE ACCOUNTS. Funds are immediately useable at merchants and ATMs. Money may be sent to individuals for homeless and immigrant support. Emergency money for first responders at flood, fire, earthquake and hurricane events. Funds sent home to family and friends in countries where their location and lack of a bank account makes it difficult to receive funds.
