I First Arrived in Australia in 2013 and started to work in hospitality since, fell in love with the industry and decided to make it a career, as a result driven and focus on perfection person, it was a matter of a few months until I had risen from service staff to assistant manager and them duty manager.I was working on small business, coffee shops by the beach, and it gave me a great overall perception of how to run a business, all the needs, including financial reports, budget creating and evaluation, providers negotiation, staff recruitment, training and development, also customer relations, retention and experience.After a few year it was time to move to a bigger challenge and learn some of the procedures on major companies, moving to The Star Entertainment Group was an easy choice, and the pattern repeated itself, within a few months I was able to show my value and accrue trust from management level and progress to Assistant Manager.During this period I have started some formal studies to add some theoretical knowledge to my industry experience cursing Diploma of Hospitality management on TAFE NSW and after that Advanced Diploma on Leadership and Management.A few years later due to the restrictions on immigration in Australia, a big move happened and I moved with my partner to Porto in Portugal.had a great opportunity and challenge with grupo Sagardi that was cut short due to the pandemic.After a few years away from the industry and had confirmed that hospitality is my passion and we're my talents are best in use I went back with another great challenge at The Yeatman Hotel.Let's see what the future holds...
