- HSPA+(3G),2.5(GPRS & EDGE) & 2G (GSM) Network planning . -Design RNCs/BSSs network which include NodeBs/BTSs & related interfaces to ensure balance distribution & utilization. - Ensure well planned technical capacities and enable new business opportunities through predicting the network behavior, Furnishing to the marketing needs & forecast and explore the different technologies and services. - Writing RFPs ,prepare the NW requirements for the modernization and participating as one of the evaluation committee for multivendor verification - Ensure new sites & expansions roll-out is done properly on time as per network needs - TAL, LAC & RAC planning on the basis of NSN\​ Huawei MME,BSC & RNC specifications. - Achieve Network KPIs as per required from the upper management - Designing procedures and policies for new areas or functions based on best practices and international benchmarks. - Network optimization using statistical & field data. -Asset management

Team leader of BSS planning and optimization teams:Responsible of the following:• BSS design tasks.• Cell planning team.• North Jordan optimization team.Details• BSS Design: Create 10 new BSCs & PCUs in ZAIN-Jo network in order to clean LACs borders and provide capacity for the growing BSCs.• MSCs Plans: MSC10 plan, redistribute the BSCs on the current MSCs and the new ones.• Calculating network annual requirements in order to find the number of new required systems or equipment to the existing entities.• Sites Re-parenting: To ensure better BSC’s boundaries.• Traffic model calculations.• GPRS Time slots reservation based on GPRS traffic calculations• GPRS optimization based on GPRS Data base parameters changes• GPRS throughput performance improvement using coding scheme ¾ and EDGE.• PCU planning and hardware requirements based on GPRS traffic• Report the main KPIs of the BSS planning and optimization division to the upper management.• Manage the new BSCs, MSCs and systems meetings and follow up the progress of the work.• Responsible of the proposals and ordering the required equipment.• Responsible of create and follow up the work procedures in order to track the international standards.
