As a Training and Development Coordinator, I was responsible for creating and implementing training programs that met the needs of the organization and its employees. This involved designing training materials, selecting training methods, and coordinating training sessions, both in-person and online, and ensuring that employees were engaged and learning effectively. I evaluated the effectiveness of training programs and made recommendations for improvement based on feedback from employees and managers, while also coordinating training logistics such as scheduling, venue arrangement, and ensuring necessary equipment and materials were available.In addition to training and development, I also worked on multiple projects on behalf of various organizations, such as UNIFIL, ILO, AAH, and CAWTAR. This included researching and understanding requirements, writing and editing proposals, and coordinating proposal development to ensure that all materials were completed on time and met quality standards. I managed a mobile application development and launch, developed and maintained proposal templates and content libraries to streamline proposal development, and worked to systematize and standardize training materials and resources, making them more comprehensive and accessible. I also delivered coaching sessions, delegated tasks, and resolved any issues or conflicts during implementation of training and coaching.

As a Team Leader Trainer and Coach, I was responsible for coordinating with trainers to ensure the delivery of training sessions and following up on their time allocation and timesheets. I also designed and led MFB and WDB training sessions, and worked to systematize and standardize training materials and resources to make them more comprehensive and accessible. Additionally, I provided coaching sessions and consulted with other resource persons and program staff to ensure that training and support activities were relevant and adapted to the needs of target groups.In my role, I worked on multiple projects on behalf of organizations such as UNIFIL, ILO, AAH, and CAWTAR. I delegated tasks, discovered training needs, and resolved any issues or conflicts during the implementation of training and coaching. I also coordinated the development of all project implementation, oversaw relevant monitoring and evaluation activities, and reported on activities conducted to the Project Manager. Finally, I contributed to updating and developing learning content, guidance, and support materials.

As a Trainer, Mentor, and Coach I was responsible for ensuring attendance and participation in training programs, evaluating the beneficiaries, and delivering Family Sensitization and MFB training sessions. I provided coaching for startup entrepreneurs and conducted end-of-period evaluations to measure progress and identify areas for improvement.During my time in this role, I reported feedback to better tailor the program and made relevant suggestions to improve the content and methodology based on my own experience and practical observations. With a proactive approach and a passion for empowering individuals and businesses, I was dedicated to delivering impactful training and coaching sessions that drove results.Through my efforts, I helped many individuals and businesses achieve their goals and realize their full potential. As a Youth Mentor, I was responsible for delivering MOC training sessions in both Business and Personal Mentorship. I ensured attendance and participation of beneficiaries and evaluated their progress. At the end of each period, I conducted evaluations to measure progress and identify areas for improvement.Additionally, I supervised vocational training and performed data entry to keep track of beneficiaries' progress. I also provided job replacement assistance to help beneficiaries successfully transition into the workforce.Through my efforts, I was able to positively impact the lives of many young individuals and help them reach their goals. I am proud of the work I did in this role and the positive impact I had on the community.
