Further, it worked on strengthening youth engagement with government authorities at national and sub-national levels to identify challenges in public service delivery and collaborate on problem solving.Between 2020 and 2021, I led the management and coordination of the establishment of a strong base for the Jordan 2250 Coalition on Youth, Peace and Security. The Jordan Youth Peace and Security 2250 National Coalition (JORDAN 2250 Coalition) – under the leadership of its Secretariat co-chaired by Generations For Peace (GFP) and United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) Jordan between 2020 and 2021– sought to build on previous initiatives to drive Youth, Peace and Security (YPS) agenda in Jordan by employing participatory inclusive approaches to establish a strategic direction and to further strengthen the coalition’s capacity to mobilise momentum for the coalition’s agenda. I supported the management and implementation of the Youth Political Participation Programme at 26 partner universities across Jordan. With the aims of increasing political participation among Jordanian youth by raising awareness, building skills, and creating safe spaces and a healthy environment for dialogue. I also led the monitoring and evaluation functions of the programme throughout implementation, including collecting and analysing quantitative and qualitative data, database design and management, quality control, progress trackers, assessments, and designing and managing other tools. Additionally, I led the process of creating and analysing all programme assessments, surveys and questionnaires, as well as providing regular updates and analysis on programme related topics and developments.
