I'm fascinated by unraveling the world through the lens of art and creative thinking. A researcher at heart, I hold a Master’s degree in Art Criticism, Theories, and Curatorial Studies from the Faculty of Fine Arts of the University of Lisbon (2020). My academic pursuits have centered on delving into aesthetic realms, particularly focusing on spatial dynamics and visual studies. Prior to that, I earned a bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Urbanism from the Federal University of Pernambuco (2016). From architecture to art theory, I have explored profound themes such as memory, disappearance, and the philosophical dimensions of aesthetics. My insights have been shared in publications like FITA Magazine, providing a platform to articulate observations on artistic expressions.My professional journey has been a fusion of diverse roles, from communication expertise to exhibition development. Through my experience in cultural communication, I've honed skills in crafting and implementing content strategies to bolster the online presence of art institutions. Additionally, I've collaborated on the development of notable exhibitions at Mendes Wood DM art gallery, such as 'Frozen Gestures' – the first Lynda Benglis exhibition in South America – and 'Frontal Sphinx', a group show featuring internationally renowned artists. Furthermore, I've contributed to art criticism, writing texts for exhibitions such as Kentaro Kawabata's 'Butterfly Joint' (2023), Antonio Obá's 'Signo' (2023), Kristy Luck's 'Inevitable Behavior' (2022), and Naufus Ramírez-Figueroa 'Mimosa Tenuiflora' (2022).
