Responsible to assist the Manager, Atlantic Offline Sales in the EMEA offline markets with a specific focus on premium revenue in the Middle East & India sales region, working with the local American Airlines (AA) General Sales Agencies (GSA) in the territory along with local accounts and growing relationships with the Gulf area Royal Families and the Royal Court. Primary function of the role is to ensure that the GSA in the region have the right tools and are updated with processes to ensure they maximize revenue for American.

Lead and supervise high performing team of 5 members of the Sales Support Department for Spain and Portugal. Support and develop the Country, Corporate Accounts and Channel Managers to implement their agreements, maximize revenue and reach their goals. Managing Tour Operators, Consolidators, Mice and some Corporate Accounts by focusing on the objectives, sales actions, business review. Support our clients ensuring all AA policies, procedures are correctly applied and offering the best customer service. Promote AA destinations and design marketing strategies, events . - Iberia, British Airways and American Airlines joint business agreement portfolio manager, creating a relationship with IB & BA account managers, establishing joint procedures for servicing, and giving the correct tools and trainings to meet AA brand and service standards. Create opportunities, manage agreed performance, implement strategies. Regularly review JBS opportunity report. Consultation and guidance required on JBS' goals and expectations with IB account managers. - Budget preparation for the yearly budget, coordination, and follow up.- Data privacy Champion, executing data privacy best practices, building up a communication plan, conduct trainings, help safeguard outside threats and misuse of information.- Participated in the first Sales mentoring program in 2019, working on some areas of development, become a self-confidence leader, give direction, communicate with confidence, set up projects, delegate authority and responsibility. - Health and Safety representative.- Human Resources administrative task, interviews preparation and panel

Creating a relationship with IB JBS account managers, establishing joint procedures for servicing, and giving the correct tools and trainings to meet AA brand and service standards.

- Support Travel Agencies, Corporate Accounts, AA, and other Airlines. Support the Country Sales Manager, Accounts and Leisure Managers in their activities.- Provide AA Spain policies and procedures to the Travel Agencies through the WEB. - Liaise with Reservations. - Participate in the preparation of the yearly business plan and budgets.- Health and Safety representative.

- Lead and support the Reservations, tariff, Aadvantage, Distribution and ticketing department handling of queries from internal and external customers. - Special Assistance Coordinator. Couching and counseling. Monitoring of Res/Aadvantage calls. - Provide AA policies and procedures to Spain Travel Agencies. - Temporary assignment to lead the MAD reservation department
