Part of New Budgeting System Development Project Team- Responsible for leading the budgeting process re-engineering & the new budgeting system- Liaise with Business Groups and inter-agency project leads for requirements gathering and process review- Liaise with appointed system consultants to define business requirements see through the system implementation- Understand and identify potential solutions for proposal and implementation- Plan and participate in user acceptance testing and data migration- Prepare Standard Operation Procedures, training materials and conduct training to users- Drive change management to the user groups through system digitization

Responsibilities Include:- Support regional finance teams through close collaboration and best practice sharing- Ensure finance and accounting operations are in compliance with applicable statutory and regulatory requirements- Consolidate monthly financial results across the Asia Pacific regions- Drive and consolidate the annual Budget planning exercise- Partner with finance leads in APAC to standardize processes, reporting, and timelines- Prepare Group Analysis Reports and Consolidated Financial Results for the ManagementCurrent Project:- Drive the group Financial system implementation across the regions- Maintain a single source of truth financial system- Develop financial planning models for annual budget and forecast exercise- Develop dashboards for key performance indicators and financial presentations

Current Portfolio:Group Budget - Prepare and coordinate the annual group budget exercise- Setting up of budget templates and planning the annual budget roll-out process- Prepare training and presentation slides - Conduct budget trainings for budget users - Preparation of final budget reports and presentation slides to Board of Directors.Rolling 12 Months Forecast- Prepare and coordinate the monthly rolling 12 months forecast- Plan and improvise the monthly forecast process- Review and prepare analysis reports to the management - Prepare group Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet reports for analysis- Prepare Actuals vs Forecast Variance Reports for monthly flash meetingsImplementation of new Budgeting System (Hyperion Planning)- Conduct system evaluation for new budgeting system- Gather and provide system and process requirements to external consultants - Plan and coordinate UAT testing with budget/forecast users - Roll out the new system company wide

- Liaise with bankers on banking-related matters- Preparation of cash forecast and monitor cash flow- Handle the full Accounts Payable functions including payments and reporting- Handle the full Accounts Receivable functions including debts collection and reporting- Prepare customized travel expense reports for clients- Prepare monthly audit schedules and analyze monthly management reports - Handle month-end closing activities and year end audits
