I learnt so much about the Retail industry while working in Lauren and being guided by my manager and co-workers who taught me the ropes in successfully communicating and engaging with customers as a salesperson. Retail is hard work but nothing was more satisfying than having helped a customer find her perfect cut and size, and helping her purchase her item.Working in Lauren made me understood the great importance of communicating and understanding a customer's needs and wants. This job gave me the opportunity to not only understand how to perform cashiering with a Sales Chit at Takashimaya Department Store and Tangs Plaza, and how to do check stock from the database and storeroom, but also how much respect retail employees should receive.

Under NYP's Teaching Enterprise Programme (TEP), I worked alongside my friends in managing a brand's Social Media. It wasn't easy but it was fun as we prompted each other to do our best!In marketing Zestyleaf's Instagram, Tiktok & Facebook, I learned to create posts designs with Canva & photoshoot client's products, whilst working with open-minded clients closely & presenting proposals and updating them on the content schedule.From sculpting ideas to executing them, our team contacted fitting influencers, carried out campaigns such as 'Zecipe' & A/B testing with 'Ad-buy' advertising through Meta business suite.- Provided Supervisors and implemented effective mock-ups, campaigns, and informative social media content for FB, IG & TikTok posts. (Zecipe: TikTok Recipe Campaign.)- Launched 2 social media campaign for Facebook A/B Advertising and website improvement to optimize performance and drive customer base. (65% Improvement made.)- Increased brand awareness and followers through comprehensive social media campaign management to improve organic search traffic and retain loyal customers.
