South Korea

In a highly selective four-month internship program sponsored by the South Korean Government, open only to 20 students from Myanmar and Indonesia, I collaborated with three teammates on a startup project focused on photo-sharing Android application development. Our ambition was to engineer a high-performance, real-time application using Java and SQL, specifically designed for the seamless sharing of professional-quality images from high-end cameras. We aimed to overcome common challenges in photo-sharing platforms by ensuring minimal latency and maintaining the pristine quality of shared images.Beyond the application's front-end, I played a critical role in developing its REST API, integrating protocols essential for efficient and seamless back-end server communication. This part of the project was pivotal in enabling flawless photo retrieval, ensuring that our application could support high-volume, real-time use without compromising on speed or image quality. This experience was instrumental in sharpening my technical skills in Android app development and deepened my understanding of creating user-centric designs and back-end solutions to enhance overall user satisfaction.
